OTR Truck Driver Compensations & Benefits

  • Average Time on the Road is 2 Weeks, 3 Weeks Max.

Truck Driving Requirements

  • Must be able to perform all essential duties of a truck driver
  • One Year Minimum CDL-A Experience
  • Valid CDL-A Drivers License (permits not accepted)
  • Reefer Experience a Plus
  • Must Meet Criminal Background Guidelines
  • Must be in Compliance with FMCSR’s
  • Clean Driving Record
  • No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the most recent 3 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents in the past year and no more than 3 in the past 3 years
  • Willing & Able to Deliver to all 48 states (average time away from home is 3-4 weeks with 2-3 days home)
  • Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
